I'm gonna kill a friend of mine for introducing me to this anime, Seitokai Yakuindomo (more info: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seitokai…).
The character you see before you is Hagimura Suzu. She's short, as in although she's 16/17, she's often mistaken for a little girl, where she then flips out (www.youtube.com/watch?v=-8lYRm…)
The above image is taken from an episode (7 I think) where Suzu has to pretend she's the sister of the main protagonist. During the scene, she says "Onee-chan" in a deep, and quite frankly, scary voice. See the scene here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=suMM1t…
The show is a "Slice of Life/Comedy" series (think Lucky Star) but with many, MANY sexual jokes at play! I highly recommend watching if you're fine with the constant smex references!
There's no English dub of the series but one can hope!
