I blame random channel hopping for this! Flipped on to Disney XD and Phineas and Ferb was on. A scene was on involving Doof and Perry. Honestly, I couldn't stop laughing at the doc! Sadly I don't know what episode it was but boy, this guy is DAFT! XD
